Looking for loan pre-qualification advice

Hey there Seattle investors,

I'll be starting down the road to my first investment property soon, and I'd love some advice from experienced folks on how to approach lenders. Is there anything I should or shouldn't do to make myself attractive to lenders? What pitfalls should I be looking out for? Can you recommend any resources I should check out?

Thank you!

Hi @Robin Croen , I've also gone down your path and have also worked in home loans, remodeling/construction as well as rentals, so I should be able to help you out!

I would be happy to speak with you sometime to answer any questions you might have and see if we can get you going on the right track!
