If you know your town/city and actively analyze the competition, then you are in a far better position to know what the market rate is, in my opinion.

They are usually illegal in the area they are placed so you will have to consider that aspect as well.

If you are unlicensed, then you could possibly run the risk of broadcasting your unlicensed activity to the world with your ad.
