Hello, I live in Green Bay full time and recently bought a short term vaca rental condo in Nashville where I have a property management company run it.

I'm halfway through the book and it sounds like David Greene is mostly making the case that making your first purchase a cash offer can be the best idea, since this will set you up to have more and more capital each time you repeat the process.

So I'm still pretty green with real estate having only bought my primary residence and 1 investment property, but my wife and I are looking to sell our primary residence and move to a home a little cheaper.
