If you're trying to figure out where to put your money, a common denominator is pretty useful.I own quite a few residential properties, and have been eyeing multifamily or commercial.

I'm doing a ton of reading while keeping an eye on small 2/3/4 unit places.  

I'm more concerned with cash flow, though I buy with an eye to appreciation as well.I've done well so far, buying over the past five years my rentals are profitable, and have doubled in value.

I can keep my eyes and ears open for you if you like.

Since then I've kept an eye on our real estate market and I have finally decided to jump in.  

The Agent's see it as only a small renters policy, but when he informed me about that I explained over nintey percent of them drive and some will be future homeowners and his eyes lit up like a roman candle on the fourth of July.
