Hi all,I am a first time real estate investor in the South Palm Beach County area, and am looking at a few properties online (mainly Zillow and Realtor.com) and trying to run some numbers.

(FYI, We are trying to build a small (5 to 6 properties), high quality portfolio in the next 5 years, planning on putting 25-30% down)The investment opportunity in question is a new build, single-family home with a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accompanied by a 2-car garage, located in the neighborhood of Wesley Chapel, FL.

Its hard Trying to decide on a location to invest in.

Try to see the areas you know/currently live and if it doesn’t work for the budget consider markets a bit away from you that are growing.

People understand a PM is a business and are less likely to try to take advantage of them. 

Do you know anyone who has tried to mimic the strategy?
