Both are the same but one is interviewing men and the other women.I did find interesting similarities between the upper half of income earners vs the lower half.Granted, the people barely scraping by are going to have a much harder time getting involved in this game, but all the same, it's a quick read that hopefully reaffirms what most of us are trying to do....be financially well off! 

Stay away from these guys they are more expensive than other firms out there, and they provide crappy services and features.

I would suggest you use the search feature on this forum as there have been many threads that have dealt with this already.

The reality though is the Genie is out of the wholesaling bottle be it Guru's  BP or any other RE site there are just too many folks with no money experience etc.. that get talked into the best way to get into the game is to wholesale.. so never going to stop it.. that's for sure.

It may be a game changer, and one of those deals where you hear everyone say "You can't do that".
