I have Honeywell 9000 wifi thermostats, Rheem wifi water heater with leakage sensor. 

The problem is the property is under water but the owners bank doesn’t seem to want to do a short sale.

I had a two week window to do it, so I didn't have time to get it tested for asbestos... so I just proceeded as if it had asbestos, got a P-100 respirator, face shield, tyvek suit...etc.The popcorn had a layer of paint over it so I had to spray it with a vinegar/water mixture.

Mine includes roof 25 year life span, floors 10 year life span, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, hvac 20 year life span, etc.
