., if you use the @mention function, Brian Lucier will know you are asking him another question.To use, type @ and the beginning of the person's name without a space, then look down to the bottom of the reply box you are typing in, and you will see a drop down of the people in the thread.

i have 17 years left on the loan so i had a lot of principal paydown each month. i run slightly into my pocket to pay the repairs/maintenance each month.the kicker was the new house we bought, our quality of life went thru the roof...less commute, triple the space, new home. and an exact house 5 doors down appaised $20k more than our purchase price 6 months later.

The last one I built was a 3300 sq foot center hall colonial with 9' first floor ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, 2x6 exterior wall construction & R-19 in the walls, all low-e glass...it cost me $106K delivered & set, on a new 31'x52' foundation that cost $25K.

Returns can definitely be higher, similar to notes on MH's.Keep in mind some parks only allow owner occupants and others may have space rent too high for it to make sense, so you have to find the right parks and the right deals.
