@David Fritch We are still mulling over the details, I think we will reach an agreement, he wants to do it a slightly different way basically we agree on payment amounts for two years then I owe him the final amount, he's actually structuring the deal to be pretty beneficial for both of us.

I went years with no diagnosis until I finally found a talented neurologist who correctly diagnosed it and sent me off to a psychiatrist for treatment.I got a cocktail of meds which kept the seizures at bay effectively and included sleeping pills.  

The company takes a cut of the final referral payment, which I don't mind giving up since they automate the whole process.

I'm wondering if that can be a good business idea, as the final price should be lower than the market price, and they could be sold for profit. 

I explained in my cover letter how I came up with my number and stated that all of these people paid 6% to an agent/broker on their final sale price.
