Greetings to the BP community!  My name is Sean Donahue.  I've been involved in real estate investing since 2005, when I purchased my first property.  I knew nothing about flipping at the time and probably made every single mistake a new investor could possibly make.  Long story short, by the time I finally walked away from the "investment" I was down 1 wife, 2 cars, 2 dogs, a couple hundred thousand dollars, and a couple hundred points on my credit score!

After that awesome experience, I lost my taste for real estate investing for the next 3.5 years.  It wasn't until the spring of 2014 that the fire was reignited and a newfound excitement for the industry was formed.

I'm looking forward to being a part of the community here and hopefully we can learn and grow together!
