One area that I fear I struggle in is tenant management, or lack thereof.

You only need ONE for that particular deal.Everyone has fears about certain things.

A lot of the mods here on BP are so eager to delete my posts because they see what they fear to see.

I fear that I failed to fully understand and appreciate the rent control ordinance for this area before closing (http://www.northbergen.org/_Content/pdf/Rent-Contr...). 

@Garrett BinderYou shouldn't normally fear that the Mexican government confiscate your property.

In other words my biggest fear is to put a 20% downpayment may be less, decorate and furnish the place nicely which is easily 20k if it's a 3 bedroom 2 bath,  push it on AIR BNB and VRBO, and then not cashflow positively a few months later.  

But fear not!

This whole thing doesn’t sound like fear of economic conditions, it sounds like fear of the rental business.  

My Fears Currently: 1) Time - Not having enough time to devote to being a real estate investor.

However, as someone who is a member of the very fearful that Robert Kiyosaki talks about in his book and someone who comes from a sports background I think I’d really value the help of a coach.
