In America, small business is being increasingly looked upon as a criminal behavior by both the public and governments and our society is extremely litigious. 

People need to stay out of financing without expert guidance and so far, there is only one expert in this thread, there are about half a dozen more on BP, it should be obvious who they are and none of them are wholesalers!

@Daniel Barnett You're going to get responses all the way from East to West with a question like this - and some extremely successful people (@Jay Hinrichs) became successful in ways that other successful people would never advise anyone to try. 

OK, that's an extreme example, but I used it to highlight that risk and return are highly correlated.
