Two other RE agents never called me back.Can anyone spoon feed me some tips on finding, interviewing, and selecting an ethical real estate professional?

The idea that anyone could hire a professional manager, hire a maintenance crew, & do a better job of selecting tenants than me, at a lower cost is really silly.

Check to see if there is a professional staging company in your area.

They are not causing extreme damage, but more wear than I would expect for a typical family.Can I charge them for repainting the walls on moveout, professional carpet cleaning, tile grout stains from not cleaning after spills, etc, or would this be considered normal wear?
