I'm excited to finally join the BP Nation after many times of being directed here from Google for answers. 

Hi Everyone,My husband, Thomas Swindell, has been a Bigger Pockets member for sometime now and I'm excited to become a member of the BP community as well. 

So This year has been such an interesting year for me I wanted to do something a little different and share my failures as well as successes.So this year as i said has been such an exciting year I have made some really good strides in the building of my real estate Investing business.I have Networked with and became associated with some incredible people!

I'm excited to finally jump in and make connections with all of you like-minded people here.My husband and I have been interested in real estate for a long time.

Well, I actually kind of excited about making this comment, that doesn't usually really happen here, but I'm excited to use one of my favorite sayings for probably at least the 5th time in the last couple years or so of posting on BP.

I love getting decent calls that actually mite be a deal, I get really excited lol. 

@Ashley Pittman I think one of the things to consider here, although buying with no money down is exciting and awesome, it's also more dangerous.
