Are there a lot of delinquencies due to covid?

@Adam WrobelHey Adam,Names Jesus and I have been a real estate photographer for about 4 years until covid hit..thats when I decided to take my real estate knowledge to the next level and become an real estate agent as well.

Toughest pill to swallow was literally 6 days after I had resigned, while I was on a beach in Thailand, I got a job offer for 35% more, fully remote (very tough to come by pre-covid), sr. manager role which I had to turn down because it was against the principle of why I had quit my job.

Right before COVID turned everything upside-down, I exited my law job to become a full-time Realtor. 

I've been fortunate in Nebraska as the job market has remained steady during all this covid junk.

@Maria Merkulova given the recent COVID-19 concerns about social distancing, we have avoided hotel/bed and breakfast purchases this year and opted to buy large single homes with land and ‘pimped’ our amenities to make it fun enough to stay on site (eg home theatre, game rooms, pool, spa, etc.).

We're all out of legal funds after covid and I fully realize nothing anyone shares should be considered legal advice.

But, hey, they saved that last $12.75 per month, heh.The reality is that there are a lot of lenders like that, they come into the market with the best rate, go out, come back in, etc, and right now this is on a bi-weekly basis rather than quarterly (pre-covid).
