Realtor, attorney, investor - Baltimore - 1 house under contract!

I'm a Baltimore attorney with real estate experience representing lenders with title, survey, evictions, foreclosures, and bankruptcy.  Right before COVID turned everything upside-down, I exited my law job to become a full-time Realtor.  A big part of that decision was to develop expertise and create opportunities to jump into the world of real estate investment.  After lots of podcasts and audio books, and with the support of my wife, we now have our first investment property under contract!  It's hopefully a good "newbie" property that only needs a moderate rehab, and hopefully should cashflow just fine.  Now, I will lean on this community as I have tons to learn about property management.  Hoping this will be just the beginning of a fruitful investment journey!  I'm also looking forward to being active in the community with my experience as a realtor, attorney, and investor.
