I would recommend becoming some type of licensed real estate agent or working with an established wholesale team.

In many cases, it is also advisable to establish a limited liability company (LLC) or other entity to hold the investment assets.

I suspect we will see the potential for future tax hikes in order to regulate the amount of currency in the larger economy exactly to avoid the hyperinflation that has been discussed, as opposed to “funding government activities”.

Then find the zoning bylaw or regulation for your municipality.

But I didn’t have any real estate already established like you did and it was hard to get a bank to loan me without a W2.

The ones I am working with are saying that they "mostly" business as usual and aren't being hit by the regulations that are affecting the banks.
