Best job to get for prospective real estate investors

Hello! I am a college student and have been interesting in investing for years now. I have done a lot of research and would like to get started as soon as possible but do not have the money/connections/mentor to help me get started. I could do it alone, but I would rather have guidance. I am wondering if there is a good job that would help pave the way into my financial future. I am a traveler, and a full time student, so the ideal position would be something remote. Thanks!
