Hi,I see sometimes on Loopnet, packages of condos/units within a complex for sale.First, If I buy a package of 6 condos/units, can I sell them any way I want, for example, in units of 2?

Can you package the 2 as a single refi?

I have encountered just about every situation imaginable in both areas and willing to share my experiences with anyone who feel I can be helpful.

The DD package shows where they started FC in 2011 and named the HOA a defendant, so we at least know there was an HOA at one point.The HOA shows on the Illinois Secretary of State web page and lists officers but no phone numbers.  

@Walt Payne I've encountered that as well, when I was purchasing my primary residence. 

It is not collateral for my existing financing package. 

Larger banks, because of the volume of loans they are originating and their need to stay below their lending limits, grade loans, package them by grade, and sell the packages to institutional investors or even other lenders.

Don't renew and post 30 day notice for the whole package or let them stay as-is.On a human level, chances are that Granny's just as frustrated as you are.  

You can sell them off one by one or as a package. 

Now having said that there are times where a package is presented and numbers as one thing and then under due diligence the buyer finds that the sellers numbers and occupancy are different than reported.
