I read and listen to podcast all the time.

I will continue to read, watch, and listen to everything REI I can get my hands on.

@Becky Jairaj You need to be able to read and understand your county records better.  

The lender is not damaged and presumably the owner was there long enough to satisfy the time requirement.Any *misrepresentation* on a bank loan, like intent, (reason for the loan), income, addresses lived at, rental history, amount of money in the bank, assets, liabilities, employment, time on the job, number of dependents, source of funds (the common things people lie about on applications that get them into trouble) etc, etc are potentially mortgage & wire fraud.

Don't just read the lease!

I've listened to the majority of the BP podcasts, read tons of articles, analyzed probably 20 deals just from MLS using the calculators and this week I threw out my first low ball offer.

I wanted to jump in and see if this wholesaling concept worked, I read about and it was time to take action.

If following BRRRR strategy (disclaimer I am just going off of reading here, no first-hand knowledge yet), $65k x 70% = $45.5k.
