So I'm in the process of looking at turnkey investing.

One of my business associates also in the eminent domain process with LADWP was able to get an appraisal at $250,000 for his 5 acre parcel, by a different appraiser.We asked the appraiser to sign a declaration stating that his appraisal was not thorough and complete, since he did not have time to verify my comps, however he declined to sign the declaration.

If it's high, I would say try to pay them down super fast before you get preapproved so that's not over your head financially during the approval process for DTI.

She couldn't believe how smooth everything went and when we asked her if she pleased with our service she said yes and became emotional I can't believe how easy this was she said.

@Bobby Clifford Not many have spoken to the process of obtaining your license, so I'll speak to that. 

I am new to rental property investing and I do see the age of properties ranging 7- 20. if the condition of the property good, would I be able to process to pursue 20 years old one as well?

Could something be written up by a lawyer and signed off on or am I just stuck with the basic eviction process no matter what????

When purchasing via a lease option, do you get the seller to sign a option agreement and then record it, and not actually go through the closing process with a title company until you exercise your option years later?
