I am going to visit the property shortly and try to get all expenses such as utilities, lawn/snow removal, pest control, advertising, heat, etc, and also find out actual property tax and insurance numbers (got the above numbers off the internet).

There are many ways of doing this including through email, postal mail, bandit signs, outdoor advertising, business cards, and classified ads, to name just a few of the more common ones.

It’s a 2 bed 1 bath will need to sell at 96k. that’s including what I’d need to pay the remaining amount of mortgage closing cost and realtor but I have no idea how any of that works looking up anything on realtor related thing just takes me on a big advertisement adventure
