I want to start wholeselling and after a months long analysis paralysis I've finally decided to go out and start driving for dollars in my city in Chula Vista California.

Additionally I know that a lot of wholesalers are always looking for people to drive for dollars, door knock, stuff mailers, whatever.

They aren't able to have notaries drive out for them.

I don’t know, anything about adu, as i write this im also doing research so anything helps. What is ADU, what is a requirement for ADU, does it increase property value and what are the major hula hoops?

Also, when driving around I sometimes see a pickup with an advertisement for a Handyman while stopped at a red light.

Nothing worse than having to drive 30 minutes to fix something or pick up a check (have your tenants mail them), etc.  

My brother also lives there and it’s a short drive from Buffalo.

I was driving a 95 honda civic with one small tv in my house, no gaming stations, no luxuries. 

You don't say that you are buying or selling.In Illinois, things are changing everyday.However, title companies and attorneys have been determined to be "essential services".One title in Illinois is offering a "drive through" closing where you show a Closer your driver's license through the window, who passes an envelope to you with only pages that require a "wet ink" signature and then it is passed back to the Closer.Most title companies in Illinois are asking/requiring that Sellers, Seller's attorneys and both Seller and Buyer Agents NOT ATTEND the Closing.I have and will attend a closing on Monday. 

I am near New Haven, CT, and would like to buy my first couple properties close to home (within a 30 minute drive).
