A dream come true right? 

I had dreams of owning a multifamily after seeing the impact of other people in my life owning rental real estate.

I welcome anyone's suggestions on this topic and please be upfront with the realities of my dreams.

I don't share what i want to do with no one just my honey cause I realize that everyone is negative in my life or they think they know it all yet don't have a dream or goal i just sit there in my day to day life listening to these negative know it alls and I feel I will be in a better place soon enough.

The tenant buyers take good care of the house and you get to help someone achieve their dream of being a homeowner. 

I'm at the networking part of my dream and am currently looking to reach out and meet new people that could possibly teach me the ropes or share with me some of their knowledge.
