New to BP from Boise, Idaho

Good morning BP Community,

I have had a BP account for a few months now, but have recently decided to end my analysis paralysis by upgrading to PRO and becoming more proactive in finding my first deal. I have learned so much through BP published books, podcasts, and forums, so thank you all for that! I am excited to start getting my hands dirty and eventually be able to give advice to future aspiring investors. I'm from the Boise, Idaho area and I'm looking forward to connecting with investors in my area and throughout the BP Community. I would love to help any BP investors out however I can as a way to thank you for all of the guidance you have already indirectly provided. I really appreciate you all and I look forward to connecting with you.
