I have already began taking some courses on TD ameritrade's website, I opened a brokerage account and downloaded thinkorswim(trading program), and I have been observing stocks and messing with trendlines and different forms of analysis.

I actually just downloaded and started to read a sample of the book you mentioned "out-of-state investing".

Can anyone plug me into the matrix and download this information to my brain?

Auto download into quickbooks, use a VA to make sure everything is on it's up and up, and have a good CPA to get it all filed correctly.
