It's a lot easier to scrape, clean and repaint a block wall in July when your moisture in the ground is much lower.Another selling comment - make sure to disclose the seepage on the property condition report.

I would strongly recommend you have a certified hygenist provide a clearance letter when the mold is remediated -if not and a purchaser has a mold problem they may come back after you for the repairs and potential disclosure of not disclosing it and or not remediating it properly
