Well I guess that's not true we have found mentorship programs that are asking for money we don't have.

Happened before.Get the "reset tool" and you can "re-program" the locks without a key if the tenant were to re-key them, or if they "lose" the program.

IMO, anyone with a system or program should be avoided, they are mechanics, you need an engineer to follow.You could really spin your wheels trying to follow a system as all deals won't fit in that category.
