I'm doing the driving for dollars but not sure where to find all the ino to contact owner and such.

It is easy to listen to in the car while driving for dollars! 

I am generally a big advocate of "driving for dollars"  - for those who don't know - it simply mean driving around looking for distressed houses that owners may be willing to sell - typical giveaways are boarded up houses, unkempt yards, citation notices on doors and the like.  

But before the debt gets too deep, beyond what's escrowed of last and security, at some point you have to move forward with removal if the tenant cannot at least submit all rents to catch up.

The program requires quality health and does not cover medical claims by avoidable actions such as drinking and driving, children out of wedlock, getting in a bar fight while drinking.  

Or start marketing yourself with direct mail (from lists) or by driving neighborhood and taking addresses of distressed houses in your target area.

I picked up a part time job doing delivery for a pizzeria, and while the people around me are laughing at me because they see a 30 year old delivery guy, they do not know that I took the job to not just make extra money to fund my marketing but to also be able to drive for dollars and get to know my surrounding areas.

Also, driving for dollars is another great list.

Maybe I'm looking to deep into it and should approach it as I normally would..?
