BPers,I am neck deep in online classes, books, and networking for my new RE venture.

But I did see a red flag in preachings that look down on college education, home ownership and pursuing a respectably albeit 9-5 job.

I've googled some, but haven't done a deep dive yet.

But it has what those closer to downtown dream about...actual diversity - in people and food, bigger spaces for outdoor dining without the huge prices, and homes/condos with actual grass back yards, yet only 20-30 minutes on the red line from downtown!

All this to say, I have a passion, and some acumen about the REI space, but more importantly a deep faith and belief in the wealth-building engine in the Real Estate asset class.  

I'm elbow deep in it all day every day.
