@Jordan Norr I am wondering the same thing because they came up in a search for mobile home park hard money lenders but their website says they lend on any kind of property.

We are very realistic with our numbers and ensure there is plenty of room for unexpected expenses, even though we have dedicated expenses for those unexpected events.
