Challenges?

I'm looking into a deal that is challenging me to do a bit more work than I have done before (moving the kitchens, changing floor plans, etc).Of course this sort of work will require permits from the city, gas/electric/plumbing inspections etc.

You're absolutely right, I think that's the fun part is thinking about these challenges and how to meet the demands but allow the spaces to be flexible enough for adaptation. 

It can seem daunting... but if you have bought a house before at all you are have skills to draw from :)

I’m sure six units might feel a bit daunting at first.

Can be challenging at times, but having a “team” is the key.

Another challenge is we are trying to buy before we PCS which leaves us unfamiliar with the area.

We know it won't be easy but we are ready for the challenge.
