Considering materials alone are going to cost close to $100 a sq, thats without sheeting, and dump costs are through the roof now, not sure how these guys are getting "rich" let alone making any money.

Ideally I want a duplex but I am also open to a single family home.So far I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad, listened to many BP podcasts and I am inspired and can't wait to "pull the trigger" the most intense three words for me right now!

I'm simply suggesting that investing in multiple buckets of the same asset class is not true diversification and its certainly not what the uber rich invest in.
