I am looking for a local real estate attorney (NYC area) that has investment properties as well as expertise in wholesaling/assignment of contract and buy & hold of multifamily properties.

Does anyone know what a fair commission rate for a wholesaler bringing a buyer in to purchase a contract?

One side can check and another side has a tenant with a new 1 year lease contract. 

I closed on a nice 4 unit 40k under ARV (and the owner replaced all the furnaces) in November, I listed and sold another 4 unit to someone I had been calling for 2 years, and am in contract on another 4 unit.

You can do one of two things, get them under contract for a wholesale flip or start looking for a lender and a good property manager.My first was 23 SFR homes but, I started by finding a quality property manager and asking about properties or portfolios for a sale. 

Then it becomes a non performance issue because they may have gotten themselves in a contract and the seller feels misled.
