Is that $3000 per unit or $3000 total?

If none of those are available, I will sometimes use a percent of building footprint vs total lot measurement5. 

All in all, multiple visits for mostly piddly items totaling a lot of money. ugh. 

Hello BPI am totally confused about some structural permit issues.

Here's my thinking.The cash flow, ROI, and potential margins from Multi-Family seems to consistently outweigh that of single family- from what I've calculated- without a great increase in investment total or difference in sale value.

I am trying to take a loan, HELOC or Home Equity, on the equity that I currently have in an investment property, own 4 total. 

There are 4 total units (single family, duplex, & mobile home).

....all based on 400K value and also taking into account receiving 70% of total value for each option. 

Total failure.
