The nice thing about the repair and service business is that (1) repairs can't be purchases online as consumer goods can, thereby lessening demand for retail locations and (2) it is difficult for an auto repair shop to "work form a home office" as many types of small business professionals can.

Many Wells Fargo loan originators can get this done, SunTrust is now doing it, and many regional banks are doing FHA loans in less than 90 days.We've sold about a dozen properties in less than 90 days to FHA buyers in the past year...now that we've found a great underwriter to work with, we'll stick with her (and the lender she works with) forever.

If you have a halfway decent IDX search you can and will get these phone calls.Even though I made the font larger & bolder for the MLS required disclaimer "MLS Listing Courtesy of Listing Company Name / Listing Agent Name" larger, many consumers do not read it or ignore it.
