If you work for a larger company you may be able to get a transfer and keep your job, otherwise yes you would basically be starting over to qualify for FHA financing.

@Ned J.So if you enter into a loan contract and there is a clause that says if you make a conscious decision to transfer title into your LLC then I guess the bank wouldn't be allowed to call the loan due?
