Prior to firing your PM, have a realtor come over to your house and do a "fair market analysis" and tell the agent you are considering selling the property.

I submitted my appeal and heard back from the reviewer with additional questions regarding my expenses ("seems the expenses are higher than average for comparable properties"). 

They attached a 1 page appraisal which compares it to a few residential lots. 

Get prequalified/approved for the Refinance loan prior to purchasing the property.  

I'd like to know from realtors currently implementing PPC (preferably Adwords) and what they think of it compared to other forms of marketing?

Is this deal something that I should walk away from, or just try to require the sellers to fix prior to closing?  

Others may really like it but figured out at the viewing that you're not going to relax your rules for their pets, prior evictions, income, allowing a business, etc., so hopefully you won't hear from them again.   

In my 2 prior situations it was 2-3 months of annoyance and then all was fine - with a lovely, improved property next door.

Based on comparable comps, my property has some good appreciation and I’m an wanting to use this to acquire a another property.
