All community owners are unrealistic in regards to the value of their community.

The BiggerPockets community has served me very well in helping me find good contacts for CPA, Attorney, and RE Agent, so I am hoping for some leads on this topic as well.I don't want to have to go through my attorney and file a lawsuit just to get my Insurance to pay on a valid claim.

It is a great community to learn and network. 

I prefer North Canton, Jackson, Lake, Green as stable areas in the community over some others.

Hi BiggerPockets Community,I need some help in figuring out what my possible next steps are and just need someone to talk to since I don't know of anyone in my current situation.I plan on moving to Chicago to get my MBA at Kellogg School of Management.

My question for the BP community is: What do you do if the potential tenant is computer illiterate? 

Hello BP Community,I wanted to reach out and get opinions from local flippers/rehabbers who have done accessory unit additions in orange county california.I have gotten quotes ranging from 150-200/sqft to almost 250/sq to build a new accessory unit and I am trying to dial in a better estimate to figure out what the cost/benefit might be and if this might be a deal. 

So while I wait for word from the mortgage lender, I am currently brainstorming ideas for other potential plans of action.Sorry for that lengthy introduction, but I'm excited to join the BP community!
