How can I find investors that may be interested in this opportunity?

Purchased two rentals this year both with long term tenants.

This one was a fun one, with no real major issues, just needed a lot of repair and updating.

This year is a stabilization and reflect year.

Hi all –Disclaimers:I don’t have any experience with industrial real estate - or CRE generally speaking for that matter.I will be keep this post intentionally vague for the sake of privacy.

This broker has bought and sold several deals for us.

My big goal for my career if I pursued this would be to be developing commercial real estate projects and building a portfolio of my own real estate investments.  

So, now I’m looking for advice on where a new investor should begin in this community—whether it’s podcasts, books, or even specific forums within BiggerPockets.I am really eager to learn, grow, make and learn from my mistakes, take calculated risks and in short dive into this whole heartedly.
