We have found buying more expensive class A property while having smaller margins have allowed us to do very well because our vacancy, management fees and repairs fees are very low.

I am in the same boat as you my friend except I am about 5 classes away from being licensed well of course passing the state and natl exam.

Realtors with continuing education for Realtors, that means mandatory classes, for that you have to have certified instructors, course materials, schools and support which just leads to another industry niche and fees and charges to feed the beast.

This is what our company does for a living and if it is class b minus or lower we take a pass unless we have someone local when it is that far.
