We have a CEO of a company wanting to rent our place to get his children into our school district and wants our neighborhood as his daughters already have friends here.

She would like to keep it in the family so is cutting me a break on what she could possibly sell it for (460-500k) as well as including everything as is (furniture appliances, cleaning crew, annual renters) and will also coach me on how to take over the bookings and run the operations.

So is furniture (is your own suitable to use, or no?).  

Is there a way to make a house hack work if you have children?

My husband I are in our late 20's with three children and excited to start on our real estate investing journey.

We had a friend who told us he couldn't sell his portfolio while he was alive because he purchased them all too cheaply over the years and his children would inherit at current levels. 

And people think of their dogs like they are children.

I stopped at the property for a small repair yesterday and the tenants furniture/decor/dog and lifestyle make the place look not so fabulous.

So if the tenant has other people living in there, such as friends and children, that means I can’t eviction them?
