yea, zestimate is garbage, price seems high for a 2/1 in that area. like everyone said its a rough area, not somewhere i would want to hang out. i would drive and walk the area and see how you feel about it. expect high vacancy rate and repairs. many people refer to that area as a paper tiger.

May not be the case in your area but pride of ownership and back end repairs have been cheaper in my experience.You can make some money here, it is definitely the low hanging fruit in real estate.
