Here is a trend I am seeing in all markets....COVID and Post-COVID era STR owners are selling because of many reasons (headaches/lack of cashflow/increased condo assessments/not there cup of teas for business). 

Most people would say to me now, "Banks are not in the business of owning real estate."

Every submarket/micromarket is so unique, it's hard to know what your's can support when it comes to retail, and what it would be like to deal with those types of tenants, especially small business owners who may operate on a razor thin margin, like most food/coffee businesses do. 

As a business owner and with my wife being a physician, we have found a shared passion for remodeling homes and unintentionally turning a profit with our past properties.

I wasn't trying to attract business, but answer the man's question.

We are looking for a firm that is familiar with multi state partnerships that can give us legal advice or set up our business correctly from the start.

If this is mandatory, I can't think of a dumber business move.
