Those that have been around or done a lot of short sales seem to be much more open to it OR those that are BRAND NEWBIES are open to it.Also, lately, at EVERY closing, I'm grabbing the buyer's agents business cards.

You can say the house was "staged" to sell with brand new furniture, piano, wine cabinet, art and paintings on the wall etc. etc....

I bought a brand new house in Fort Worth 4 years ago and it is averaging under 30% expenses per year over that four year period.

For reference, I doubt a GC is going to be willing to undertake the cost estimation of building a brand new house without serious consideration for actually getting the job (it would be a good bit of work).
