Tenants are easy to find, so any pain here is just short term financial for the turn over costs.

The turnovers are painful and expensive.

For extra credit, after somebody shows you some of their properties on a sunny afternoon, drive back there at night, and drive a few blocks around the property. 

One area is obviously from a fish tank which the lease did not prohibit and the other is a pain or chemical stain which definitely won't come off.

As you know things can change block to block.

Do you want them to just do an online search, or have to actually go through the expense and pain of getting the courst involved to figure it out, without having any clue if that knowledge will pay off.

She grew up a few blocks away, her mom still lives in the original home, other family members live nearby and she wants the school district for her children. 

Now it could be that the those three lots are way overpriced at $170k, but a recent lot sale one block to the east (in yellow outline) that did have some prep work already done (stacked stone bridge over a culvert and the lot was cleared) sold for $225,000 a few months ago.

It can be a pain, but it is possible.
