Try ignoring others who don't have enough background  who may crap on this. put your listing or listings on all the major listing sites.

I’m interested in single family and multi unit properties to rent out on Airbnb (and other short term rental sites).My background is that I’ve been a longtime reader of the many financial independence blogs.

I don't feel like their background check is as good as others I've used and am deciding if the hassle factor makes it worth changing to a different provider for that.

I personally would take it a step further and have them fill out an application and credit/background check.

I actually didn't do a background check because I knew that they were working at the airport which has extensive backround checks and trusted their judgement.

I have seen a company called turbotenant is their others that can be used for screening of tenants for background checks, credit checks etc.?
