She stated that I have to add an umbrella policy to my auto policy before it can be added to any real estate, and before I can do that, the coverage on my auto must be increased before they can write a policy on it.

@Jesse Patterson  If your good at the car industry you absolutely NUTS to change.. some of my best friends own car dealerships and they ... well they are rich.. end of story you will never be as successful wholesaling as you would be .. being a very sharp auto guy.. build that business you know it .. 10X it.. your absolulty crazy if you think doing RE is easier or more profitable than flipping cars...
