If you get a place near where traveling workers are you will have the best results (near hospitals, colleges, close to downtown, close to airports, etc).

I would recommend continuing with your education (read books, listen to podcasts, participate in BP forums, attend meet-ups, etc.).

Put another way...society says to go to college, get a job, work up the corporate ladder, and retire at 65 with social security benefits. 

They will not attend my funeral if I leave them MF.
