I have a few questions about some family property and how to approach development from a financial side, here is some background info.

There is a really incredible amount of information on here, and everyone has been great to talk to/ask.

I have a phone conference with the sellers this afternoon so I need to figure out how to approach this so any input would be appreciated!

For example, I'll build or buy apps with a buy and hold approach.

With IRA funds, the risk of being wrong is severe, so a conservative approach such as this is best.  

I am trying to approach my real estate portfolio like any other investment portfolio (diversify).
